With 3CH or three channel control, the Syma S022 can be piloted forward, backward, left, right, up, and down. The range for this CH-47 model is approximately 100 feet and a single battery charge provides ~8-10 minutes of flight time. People who have had trouble flying other rc helicopters in the past have had success flying this model. It may at first glance appear more complex because of the tandem rotors, but the controls are no more involved than those for other three channel helicopters.
