The 1/16 scale Jagdpanther Airsoft Battle Tank with Smoke and Sound is loaded with features and ready to roll! It offers two speed control and can spin as well as move forward and backward. The Airsoft gun for this rc tank has a 30 degree range of elevation, while most other models move through 20 degrees. Nice recoil action upon firing makes the toy more realistic, as well as smoke and sound effects. Smoke doesn't comes from the engine tailpipes. A high-quality suspension system lets this rc tank negotiate inclines as steep as 35 degrees. Airsoft pellets (6 mm) are provided along with a transmitter, 9V transmitter battery, a rechargeable battery for the tank, and an AC charger.
The gun turret itself does not rotate. This is in keeping with the real Jagdpanther design. The Jagdpanther German tank destroyers of WWII were designed without the complexity a rotating turret so that they could be manufactured as quickly as possible due to the urgency of war. Production was first ordered in 1942 and these tanks did not see combat action until 1944. They were deployed mainly along the Eastern Front and also saw action in the Battle of the Bulge.
